摘要
目的 探讨在保山市隆阳区小学生中开展疟疾健康教育的策略和方法。方法 在保山市隆阳区潞江中心小学和潞江小学,采用以学生为中心的健康教育模式和多渠道交流方式,组织两所小学3~5年级10个班的364名学生开展以班队活动为主的疟疾健康教育活动。结果 疟疾症状,传播和预防知识,成绩中以上学生的百分比分别从基线的54.9%(95%可信区间即95%CI:48.7%~61.0%),29.9%(95%CI:24.5%~35.8%)和17.0%(95%CI:12.4%~22.1%)提升为健康教育后的90.3%(95%CI:86.7%~93.2%),86.9%(95%CI:82.9%~90.2%)和91.5%(95%CI:88.0%~94.2%);改进显著(P〈0.01)。结论 以学生为中心并采用多渠道交流的方法是一种有效的小学生健康教育模式。
Objective To explore the strategies and methods of malaria health education among the primary school students in Longyang District of Baoshan. Methods There were 364 students from 10 classes of grade 3 to 5 in two primary schools were organized to take the malaria health education as the class activity, based on the student - centered health education mod- el and multi -channel communication. Results After the health education, the percentage of over - medium knowledge on malaria symptom, transmission and pre- vention were increased from the baseline of 54.9% (95% CI: 48.7% - 61.0% ), 29.9% (95% CI: 24.5% -35.8%) and 17.0% (95%CI:12. 4% -22.1) to90.3% (95%CI:86.7% -93.2%), 86.9% (95% CI: 82.9% -90. 2% ) and 91.5% (95% CI: 88.0% -94. 2% ) respectively with the significant improvement ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The student - centered health education model combining with multi - channel communication could be an effective health education model for the primary school students.
