辛德毕斯病毒载体研究进展

摘要 辛德毕斯病毒(sindbis virus,SINV)是披膜病毒科甲病毒属的代表病毒,呈世界性分布,在自然界中主要经蚊虫传播,在自然界以“蚊-鸟-蚊”的方式保存.SINV可感染昆虫、鸟类、哺乳动物等多种宿主动物细胞,大型动物和人类是其最终宿主,感染人类可引起轻微发热、皮疹、关节炎,偶尔会导致脑炎.SINV是甲病毒中致病力最弱的病毒.自从1984年Strauss等测定SINV HRsp株基因组全序列以来,已有多株SINV基因全序列被测定,我国分离的辛德毕斯病毒XJ-160和YN87448株也已经完成了基因全序的测定.近年来在对SINV基因结构及其感染性克隆研究的基础上开发出了多种SINV载体并已经实现商品化,这为目的蛋白的表达、基因治疗、肿瘤抑制、疫苗研发等研究提供了新途径.目前,基因疫苗性载体和导向性基因治疗载体已经得到广泛的应用[2-6],现就SINV载体近年来的研究及应用作一综述.
