摘要 为提高北方芽种播种机播种精度,减小对种子的损伤,需深入了解玉米芽种物料特性。对黑龙江省垦区常用的2种玉米品种兴垦3号与德美亚1号的几何尺寸、弹性模量、恢复系数进行测量。结果表明:玉米种子三轴尺寸随含水量呈线性变化,芽种弹性模量范围为0.08~0.25 GPa,恢复系数分别为0.516、0.453。为玉米精密播种机的设计与种子运动规律的探究提供参考。 To improve the accuracy of the North bud seed planting, reduce the damage of seed, the material properties of corn bud seed were required to study deeply. The geometry size, elastic modulus and coefficient of two kinds of common corn,Xingken No.3 and Demerya No.1 in Heilongjiang reclamation were tested.The results showed that the size of maize seed three axis changed linearly with water content,the range of bud for elastic modulus was 0.08-0.25 GPa,recovery coefficient were 0.516,0.453 respectively. It would provide reference for the design of precision seeding machine and the motion rule of corn seed.
