摘要 为设计Wi-Fi无线网络的水稻浸种催芽温度监控系统。基于单片机MSP430G2553、传感器电路和无线模块等,通过上位机设定水稻浸种催芽种箱内部温度范围,并实时显示温度,当测量值低于设定范围下限或高于设定范围上限时,系统启动相应的子程序调节温度,使温度达到设定范围,Wi-Fi模块实现了单片机和上位机之间数据的无线传输。后期测试表明系统能够自动调节、采集并实时显示水稻浸种催芽种箱的内部温度,系统与实际人工测定温度几乎没有差异,具有较强的稳定性和可靠性。 The rice presoaking germination temperature monitor system was designed based on Wi-Fi technology. Based on SCM MSP430G2553, sensor circuit and Wi-Fi module,temperature of rice presoaking germination cabinet was set by upper computer and displayed on screen. When temperature higher or lower than the set value, corresponding subroutine would be started. Wi-Fi module was employed to transmit information between SCM and upper computer wirelessly. Test results showed that the system could capture and display digital information of the cabinet in real time, and the measured temperature match the manual measurement, which had a strong stability and reliability.
