At the crucial period of the development of medicare integration of urban and rural residents in China,it was important to study how to understand correctly the medicare reform situation and clarify the restraining factors,and then propose the feasible countermeasure for deepening the medicare reform in Daqing city to promote the development of medicare integration of urban and rural residents in Daqing city.
