摘要
在分析邮政企业现行内部管理体制存在问题的基础上 ,提出了将事业部制这种企业组织结构用于邮政企业的专业化经营 ,并分析了事业部制在专业化经营中应用的适应性和组织措施。
This paper puts forward the application of decentralization in postal enterprises based on the analysis of present problems existing in postal enterprises. And it discusses the adaptability of the system of decentralization and the organizational measures in operating in specialization.
