摘要
探讨了新经济时代BPR在我国大中型企业实施的可能性 ,提出以Intranet作为实施BPR的企业信息系统基础以及加强人力资源发展战略、贯彻落实BPR的思想 ,使我国大中型企业能够迎接新形势下特别是加入WTO以后面临的挑战。
The article discusses the probability of implementing BPR in China's large and medium enterprises in new economic times. It proposes to make Intranet as the basis of enterprises' information system in implementing BPR and strengthening human resource development strategy so as to carry out the idea of BPR. Thus, China's large and medium enterprises will be able to receive the challenge in the new situation especially the challenge brought by China's entering into WTO.
