摘要
目的归纳医院档案管理问题与信息化建设研究进展。方法对医院档案信息管理化建设方面存在的思维模式守旧等相关不足之处进行了一番探讨。结果提出转变思维模式,提高认知度,树立正确的档案管理思维模式等一系列应对不足之处的策略。结论医院档案信息化管理可以达成信息共享,有效提高工作质量,是医院管理工作发展的必然路径,具有现实意义。
Objective Summarized the research progress of hospital records management issues and information construction. MethodsTo discuss the short of conservative thinking in hospital records management information construction.Results Propose a paradigm shift,rise awareness, establish the correct file management thinking,and so on like this strategies to deal with shortage.Conclusion Hospital archives information management could achieve information sharing,effectively improve the quality of work,its the inevitable path to hospital management development,practical significance.
