绿色分析测试技术在食品检验中的应用分析

随着我国对食品卫生的重视,食品检验中所用的技术手段也在不断提高。作为国际分析化学前沿科学的绿色分析技术,在食品检验分析中,以其无污染、少污染的绿色分析技术特色逐渐成为以后食品检验分析的发展方向。绿色分析测试技术采用绿色的分析方法与技术手段,能够从源头上杜绝食品污染,也减轻食品的加工过程对食品的污染。本文重点对绿色分析测试技术以及其在食品检验中的应用进行介绍。

With the attention of food hygiene in our country,the technical measures used in the food inspection are also increasing. As an international analytical chemistry frontier science of green analysis technology,in the food inspection and analysis,with its polution-free,less polution,green analysis technology has gradualy become the development trend of food inspection and analysis. Green analysis and testing technology uses the green analysis method and the technical method,can eliminate the food polution from the source,also reduces the food processing process to the food polution. This paper focuses on the green analysis and testing technology and its application in food inspection.
