启发式GIF教学法在ICU实习护士带教中的教学效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察启发式GIF教学法在ICU实习护士带教中的教学效果。方法选择我院86名ICU实习护士进行研究,随机分成两组,各43例。对照组:使用传统的教学法。观察组:使用启发式GIF教学法。比较两组实习护士的理论成绩和操作成绩,并对比两组实习护士对教学方法的满意度。结果观察组实习护士的理论成绩和操作成绩的合格率高于对照组实习护士的理论成绩和操作成绩的合格率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习护士对教学方法的满意度为95.3%,对照组实习护士对教学方法的满意度为62.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论启发式GIF教学法可增加ICU实习护士的实践与理论知识,进一步提高护理质量,受到实习护士的一致认可。 Objective To observe the teaching efficacy of heuristic GIF teaching method in guidance teaching for ICU practice nurses.Methods 86 nurses of ICU practice nurses in our hospital were studied. They were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group. Control group were given traditional teaching methods. Observer group were given GIF teaching method. Theoretical results and operating performance of internship nurses from the two groups were compared and satisfaction with teaching methods of practice nurses from two groups were compared.Results The passing rate of theoretical results and operating performance of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisticaly significant(P〈0.05),in the observation group,the rate of practice nurses’ satisfaction with teaching method was 95.3%,in the control group,the rate of practice nurses satisfaction with the teaching method was 62.8%,and the difference was statisticaly significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Heuristic GIF teaching method can significantly increase the practical and theoretical knowledge of ICU internship nurses,and it can further improve the quality of care,it is approved unanimously by internship nurses.
