The Role of Administrative Communication in Hospital Administration

目的：探讨医院行政管理中行政沟通的作用。方法2015年12月-2016年1月，此段时间在我院行政管理中进行了行政沟通，2015年9-11月，未进行行政沟通，将两个时间段进行对比分析。结果在我院行政管理中进行行政沟通，其总有效率为98%，高于未实施行政沟通的72%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论由此可见，在我院行政管理过程中进行行政沟通能够有效提高行政效果。

Objective To explore the role of administrative communication in hospital administration.Methods Selected the hospital from December 2015 to January 2016 for the administrative communication in our hospital administration,and from September to November 2015 administrative communication,two time periods were compared and analyzed.Results In our hospital administration of administrative communication,the total effective rate was 98%,significantly higher than the implementation of administrative communication of 72%,the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Thus,in the course of administrative management in our hospital were administrative communication can effectively improve the administrative efficiency.
