经肝动脉化疗栓塞联合微波消融治疗肝癌的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization Combined With Microwave Ablation for Liver Cancer

目的探讨经肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)联合微波消融(PMCT)治疗肝癌的临床效果。方法联合组实施TACE+PMCT治疗,对照组单纯TACE治疗,比较两组治疗有效率和甲胎蛋白(AFP)下降率。结果联合组治疗有效率和AFP下降率分别为78.7%和80.8%,高于对照组的48.9%和46.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TACE+PMCT治疗可有效提高肝癌治疗效果,改善生活质量。

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（TACE）combined with microwave ablation（PMCT）in the treatment of liver cancer.MethodsThe combination group was treated with PMCT＋TACE,and the control group was treated with TACE alone, and the effective rate of treatment and the decrease rate of alpha fetal protein（AFP）were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe effective rate and AFP rate of the combination group were 78.7% and 80.8% respectively,higher than those of the control group（48.9% and 46.8%）,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion PMCT＋TACE treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect of liver cancer, improve the quality of life.
