肺功能检测中影响肺功能测定的影响因素及对策分析

The Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Pulmonary Function Test

目的：分析影响肺功能检测的因素，并制定有效的对策。方法选取56例肺功能检测者作为实验对象，均为我院自2014年4月-2015年4月所接收，按照检测方法的不同，将其均分成两组，每组28例，对照组仅使用肺功能检测方法进行，观察组将护理干预内容运用到肺功能检测过程中，对比两种不同方法对肺功能检测的效果。结果观察组患者能够顺利完成，其中观察组肺功能检测成功率为100%，而对照组因各方面因素影响，检测成功率为71.43%。组间差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论明确肺功能检测的影响因素，并制定有效的干预对策，才能确保检测的准确性。

ObjectiveTo analyze the factors affecting the detection of pulmonary function,and to develop effective countermeasures.Methods A total of 56 cases of pulmonary function test were as the experimental object,both in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 the received,according to different detection methods,which were divided into two groups,with 28 cases in each group,control group,only using pulmonary function testing methods were,observer group,nursing intervention contents applied to detection of pulmonary function,comparison of two different methods on pulmonary function testing effect.ResultsThe observation group patients can be successfuly completed,the success rate of lung function test was 100%,while the control group was affected by various factors,the detection success rate was 71.43%. Obvious difference between groups,P〈0.05. Conclusion Only the influence factors of lung function test can be defined,and the effective intervention measures can be made to ensure the accuracy of the detection.
