摘要
目的观察手术治疗前列腺增生症合并慢性前列腺炎的临床效果。方法 120例患者作为研究对象,随机分成了对照组和实验组,对照组给予常规药物治疗,实验组给予前列腺摘除手术治疗。结果实验组治疗有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的88.33%(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗可以提高治疗效果。
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with chronic prostatitis.Methods120 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the control group was given conventional drug treatment,the experimental group was treated with prostatectomy.ResultsThe effective rate of the experimental group was 98.33%,significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Surgical treatment can improve the therapeutic effect.
