心血管内科急性心绞痛的临床治疗效果及观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨心内科急性心绞痛的临床疗效,旨在为该病的治疗提供参考和依据。方法选取我院心内科收录的冠心病伴急性心绞痛患者80例,随机平均分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规治疗手法,观察组采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪进行治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效和心绞痛发作频率、持续时间。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的心绞痛发作频率低于对照组,发作持续时间也短于对照组,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪冶疗急性心绞痛临床效果显著,有效的提高患者的生活质量,具有积极临床意义。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cardiology acute angina,aims to provide reference and basis for the treatment of the disease.Methods Patients with coronary artery disease and angina pectoris acute hospital cardiology included 80 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group and control group with conventional treatment techniques,observation group atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine treatment. Compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and angina frequency,duration. ResultsThe total efficiency of the observation group than the control group,the two groups was statisticaly significant(P〈0.05),after treatment,the frequency of attacks of angina observation group than the control group,the onset of shorter duration than the control group,the two groups was statisticaly significant(P〈0.05).ConclusionAtorvastatin combined with trimetazidine cure acute angina significant clinical effect,effectively improve the quality of life of patients with positive clinical significance.
