摘要 目的探讨血液吸附、血液透析滤过以及血液透析对透析患者左心舒张功能及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法三组透析患者分别给予血液吸附(A组40例)、血液透析滤过(B组40例)、血液透析(C组40例)治疗,对比患者左心舒张功能指标及hs-CRP差异。结果 C组患者左室射血分数(EF)肾功能指标、治疗后hs-CRP均与A、B两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液吸附、血液透析滤过2种血液净化方式对透析患者左心舒张功能及超敏C反应蛋白影响程度较低,血液透析则较高。 ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of blood absorption,blood dialysis filtration and hemodialysis on left ventricular diastolic function and high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP)in dialysis patients.Methods Three groups of dialysis patients were given blood adsorption(A group of 40 cases), hemodialysis filtration(B group of 40 cases),hemodialysis(C group of 40 cases)treatment,compared with the left ventricular diastolic function index and hs-CRP difference.Results The left ventricular ejection fraction(EF)and renal function in patients with C were significantly different between the two groups(P〈0.05) and A,B and hs-CRP after treatment. Conclusion The effect of 2 kinds of blood purification on left ventricular diastolic function and high sensitivity C reactive protein in hemodialysis patients was lower than that of the patients with hemodialysis.
