探讨躁郁症治疗中采用阿立派唑增效剂的优势

The Advantage of Aripiprazole in Treatment of Bipolar Disorder

目的：探究采用阿立派唑增效剂治疗躁郁症的治疗效果。方法选取我院2013年4月-2015年9月躁郁症患者94例，将其随机分为观察组（47例）和对照组（47例），两组患者均采用碳酸锂治疗，其中对照组在此基础上联合富马酸喹硫平治疗，观察组患者在此基础上联合阿立派唑治疗。结果两组患者治疗前HAMD评分对比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗2周、4周、6周和8周后的HAMD评分均优于对照组患者，且观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。结论采用阿立派唑增效剂对躁郁症患者进行治疗，可改善其症状，提高治疗效果。

Objective Explore the treatment effect with aripiprazole synergist treatment of bipolar disorder.Methods Selected our hospital from April 2013 to September 2015,94 patients with bipolar disorder,were randomly divided into observation group（47 cases） and control group（47 cases）,two groups of patients were treated with lithium carbonate,the control group combined with quetiapine,the patients in the observation group were combined with aripiprazole.ResultsThere was no significant difference in HAMD scores between the two groups before treatment（P〈0.05）,the hamd scores of 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment were better than those of the control group,and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.ConclusionUsing aripiprazole in the treatment of patients with bipolar disorder with synergistic agent group,can improve their symptoms,improve the treatment effect.
