摘要
目的：对较低剂量地高辛与适时追加西地兰在充血性心力衰竭患者中的治疗效果进行调查，并对患者毒性反应进行观察。方法选择我院2014年-2015年收治68例充血性心力衰竭患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组。比较两组患者的治疗效果以及患者中毒反应。结果观察组患者疾病治疗评价有效率为91.2%，高于对照组的79.4%，P＜0.05。结论较低剂量地高辛与适时追加西地兰在充血性心力衰竭患者中的治疗效果跟为理想，且患者中毒反应发生率低。
Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of low dose of digoxin and timely appended cedilanid in patients with congestive heart failure were investigated,and the toxic reactions of patients were observed.Methods68 patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group in our hospital from 2014 to 2015. Compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and patients with poisoning.ResultsThe effective rate was 91.2% in the observation group and 79.4% in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups,P〈0.05.Conclusion Low dose of digoxin and timely additional therapeutic effect of cedilanid in patients with congestive heart failure with ideal,and patients with toxic reaction occurrence rate is low.
