干扰素治疗小儿手足口病疗效分析

Efficacy of Interferon in Treatment of Children With Hand Foot and Mouth Disease

目的：对小儿手足口病应用干扰素治疗的临床疗效进行分析。方法择取我院2014年8月-2016年2月接收的手足口病患儿70例作为研究对象，按数字奇偶法将其分为2组，各35例，对照组给予利巴韦林进行治疗，观察组给予干扰素实施治疗，观察两组患儿临床疗效。结果观察组患儿临床有效率为91.43%，对照组患儿临床有效率为80.00%，组间数据对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对小儿手足口病应用干扰素进行治疗，临床疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of interferon therapy in children with hand foot mouth disease.MethodsChose my courtyard from August 2014 to February 2016 receiving the hand,foot and mouth disease in children with 70 cases as the research object,according to the number of parity were divided into two groups,35 cases in each,control group was treated with ribavirin for treatment,observation group given interferon treatment, observed two groups of children with clinical curative effect.ResultsThe clinical effective rate was 91.43% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease with interferon,clinical curative effect is remarkable.
