盐酸吡格列酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效及对血脂代谢的影响

The Treatment Effect and Influence of Blood Lipid Metabolism of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome by Pioglitazone Hydrochloride

目的：探讨盐酸吡格列酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的疗效及对血脂代谢的影响。方法选取2013年5月-2015年10月在我院就诊的PCOS患者60例，将其随机分为两组，各30例。给予对照组患者盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片，观察组在对照组基础上口服盐酸吡格列酮，对比分析两组的疗效。结果观察组患者的总有效率为96.7%，高于对照组的73.3%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组的血脂水平比对照组下降，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论盐酸吡格列酮联合盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片治疗PCOS的疗效好，有效改善患者的血脂和激素水平，降低胰岛素的抵抗作用。

Objective To investigat the treatment effect and influence of blood lipid metabolism of polycystic ovarian syndrome by pioglitazone hydrochloride. Methods We selected 60 cases of patients with the PCOS at our hospital from May 2013 to October 2015,to randomly divided into two groups, each 30 cases. To given the metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets to the control group for treatment,the treatment group was given the pioglitazone hydrochloride by oral based on the control group,to compared and analysed the treatment effect of them. ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than the 73.3% of the control group,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. After treatment,blood lipid level of the treatment group was dramatic decline that compared with the control group,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion That has good effect of blood lipid metabolism of PCOS by pioglitazone hydrochloride combines the metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets,that able effective improve the blood fat and hormone level,to reduce the resisting function of insulin of patients.
