莫沙比利治疗老年2型糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Mosapride in Elderly Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Gastroparesis

目的：研究老年2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者采用莫沙比利治疗的效果。方法选取2012年5月-2015年4月于我院接受治疗的老年2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者100例，随机分为两组，在使用降糖药物的基础上，对照组餐前服用安慰剂，观察组餐前服用枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片，治疗时间为12个月，观察患者的症状改善情况评价临床疗效，分别于治疗前后通过胃排空试验获得胃半排空时间。结果观察组治疗的总有效率为92%，治愈率为48%，均比对照组高（总有效率为70%，治愈率为24%），P＜0.05；治疗前，两组的胃半排空时间差异无统计学意义，P＞0.05；治疗后，观察组的胃半排空时间为（81.74±11.63）min，比治疗前短，且短于对照组的（99.53±14.35）min，P＜0.05。结论老年2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者服用莫沙比利可缩短胃半排空时间，改善胃排空功能，缓解消化不良症状，疗效显著。

Objective To study the effect of mosapride in elderly type 2 diabetic patients with gastroparesis treatment. Methods From May 2012 to April 2015 in our hospital treated elderly patients with type 2 diabetic gastroparesis,100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the fasting group placebo group was observed before meals mosapride tablet.ResultsThe treatment of the total effective rate of 92%,the cure rate was 48% higher than the control group（total effective rate was 70%,the cure rate was 24%）,P〈0.05,gastric emptying time of the observation group was（81.74±11.63）min,shorter than before treatment,and shorter than the control group（99.53±14.35）min,P〈0.05.Conclusion The elderly type 2 diabetic gastroparesis patients taking mosapride shortens gastric emptying time,improve gastric emptying function,relieve symptoms of indigestion,a significant effect.
