摘要
目的探讨两种剂量阿托伐他汀治疗老年血脂正常冠心病的效果。方法抽选老年血脂正常冠心病患者76例并随机分为两组,分别给予10 mg/次与40 mg/次的阿托伐他汀治疗,统计其治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗有效率(92.1%)与对照组(71.1%)相比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心血管不良事件发生率(10.5%)与对照组患者(23.7%)相比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大剂量阿托伐他汀治疗老年血脂正常冠心病患者效果更好,同时能进一步降低患者心血管不良事件发生率。
Objective To investigate the effects of two doses of atorvastatin in treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and normal blood lipid effect.Methods The decimation of elderly coronary artery disease patients with normal lipid 76 patients were randomly divided into two groups were given 10 mg and 40 mg atorvastatin treatment with atorvastatin,statistics the curative effect.Results The observation group treatment efficiency（92.1%）and control group（71.1%）compared with significant difference（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group（10.5%）and control group（23.7% patients）with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High dose atorvastatin in treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and normal blood lipid effect is better,and can further reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events.
