摘要
目的探讨血塞通联合依达拉奉对脑梗死的治疗效果。方法将90例脑梗死患者随机分组,治疗组(n=45)应用血塞通联合依达拉奉方案,对照组(n=45)单纯应用依达拉奉,对比2组用药疗效。结果治疗组治疗总有效率是95.6%,高于对照组的68.9%(P<0.01),不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血塞通联合依达拉奉对脑梗死的治疗效果显著,有借鉴意义。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of xuesaitong combined with edaravone on cerebral infarction.Methods 90 cases of cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into, group（n=45）application of xuesaitong injection combined with edaravone in the treatment,control group（n=45） the simple application of edaravone,compared to treatment in the two groups curative effect.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.6%,higher than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions（P〉0.05）.
