摘要
目的：探讨不稳定型心绞痛患者采用麝香保心丸联合比索洛尔片治疗的临床效果。方法在2015年1月-2016年1月本院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者中随机抽取164例，所有患者均经临床检查，确诊为不稳定型心绞痛，均知情同意。将164例患者按照随机数字表法分为实验组（麝香保心丸＋比索洛尔片）与对照组（比索洛尔片）。对比两组治疗效果。结果实验组、对照组患者心绞痛症状改善总有效率分别为100.0%（82/82）、80.5%（66/82），结果差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组、对照组患者心电图改善总有效率分别为98.8%（81/82）、79.3%（65/82），结果差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床治疗过程中，采用麝香保心丸联合比索洛尔片治疗，能获得较好的临床效果，有效改善患者心绞痛症状，促使其尽快康复。
Objective To investigate the patients with unstable angina pectoris by shexiangbaoxin pil combined with bisoprolol tablets in the treatment of the clinical effect.MethodsIn the patients with unstable type from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were randomly selected 164 cases of angina pectoris,al patients were diagnosed by clinical examination,unstable angina,were informed consent. 164 patients were randomly divided into experimental group（SXBXW bisoprolol tablets）and control group（bisoprolol tablets）. Compare the efficacy of two groups.Results In the experimental group,the control group of patients with angina symptoms improve the total effective rate was 100%（82/82）,80.5%（66/82）. Results there were significant differences between（P〈0.05）,the experimental group,the control group of patients with ECG total effective rate was 98.8%（81/82）,79.3%（65/82）. Results there were significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In unstable angina patients clinical treatment process, the heart pil combined with bisoprolol tablets in the treatment of musk,obtain better clinical effect,effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris patients,as soon as possible to promote its rehabilitation.
