美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心衰并发室性早搏的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Metoprolol Combined With Wenxin Granule in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated With Ventricular Premature Beat

目的：探讨美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭并发室性早搏的临床疗效。方法2015年3月-2016年3月在我科就诊的冠心病慢性心衰的患者86例，将其随机分为美托洛尔组42例，美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒组44例，分别给予美托洛尔缓释片、美托洛尔缓释片联合稳心颗粒口服，8周为1个疗程，观察临床效果。结果经过1个疗程治疗，联合组患者血浆BNP水平、心率均降低， LVEF增加，与单用美托洛尔组比较，差异有统计学意义；改善室性早搏方面，两组患者的总疗效率分别是91.3%、75.6%；在治疗慢性心力衰竭的总有效率分别是86.6%、65.3%，两组总有效率的比较差异有统计学意义。结论美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病并发室性早搏疗效显著。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with wenxin granule in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure and ventricular premature beat.MethodsFrom March 2015 to March 2016,in our hospital 86 cases of coronary heart disease with chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into metoprolol group 42 cases,metoprolol combined with wenxin granule group 44 cases were given. Metoprolol sustained-release tablets,metoprolol sustained-release tablets combined with wenxin granule orally,8 weeks for a course of treatment,observation of clinical effect.Results After a course of treatment,a group of patients with plasma BNP levels and heart rate were decreased,LVEF increased,and the single use of metoprolol group,the difference was statistically significant,the improvement of ventricular premature beat,total the efficacy of the two groups of patients were 91.3% and 75.6% in the treatment of chronic heart failure,the total effective rate is 86.6%,65.3%,two group total effective rate was statistically significant.Conclusion Metoprolol combined steady heart granules in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with ventricular premature beat effect is significant.
