全麻药物在剖宫产中对新生儿Apgar评分及NBNA的影响

Effect of General Anesthetics During Cesarean Delivery on Neonatal Apgar Score and NBNA

目的：探讨麻药物在剖宫产中对新生儿Apgar评分及神经行为（NBNA）的影响。方法收集我院2015年3月-2016年3月90例择期剖宫产孕妇，数字抽取分成硬膜外麻醉组、全麻A组（丙泊酚）与全麻B组（咪达唑仑），每组30例，观察3组新生儿的Apgar评分及NBNA评分。结果3组新生儿娩出后1、5、10 min时Apgar评分组间对比差异无统计学意义，P＞0.05；伴随时间延长3组新生儿Apgar评分上升，P＜0.05。术后3、7 d时3组新生儿NBNA评分对比差异无统计学意义，P＞0.05。结论全身麻醉药物应用到剖宫产中不会导致新生儿Apgar评分及NBNA受到不利影响，具有较高的安全性。

Objective To study the effect of general anesthetics during cesarean delivery on neonatal Apgar score and NBNA.Methods Colected from March 2015 to March 2016,90 cases of pregnant women undergoing elective cesarean delivery,digital extraction into epidural anesthesia group,general anesthesia in group A（propofol）and group B general anesthesia（midazolam）,30 cases in each group,the observation of three groups of neonatal Apgar score and NBNA score.ResultsThe three groups of newborn themselves after 1,5,10 min Apgar contrast between group had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Along with the time extension of the neonatal Apgar score 3 group was obviously increased（P〈0.05）. 3,7 d after three groups of neonatal NBNA score comparison there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Drug application of general anesthesia in cesarean section does not lead to neonatal Apgar score and NBNA adversely affected,has the high security,high clinical application value.
