护士对跌倒/坠床事件的认识及上报认知调查

Survey on Nurses' Knowledge and Reporting Awareness About Fall and Bed-fall

目的调查护士对跌倒/坠床事件的认识及上报认知,探讨进一步提高跌倒/坠床事件上报的方法。方法在厦门市某三级甲等医院便利收取350名护理人员,采用自行设计的问卷调查护理人员对8种不同情形的跌倒/坠床事件的辨识及上报认知。结果护理人员对于每种跌倒/坠床事件的辨识约在90%左右,对于卫生间内跌倒和床栏使用不当造成的坠床上报认知最高,而对于其他情形的跌倒/坠床事件是否需上报的正确低于80%。结论护理人员对于各种情形下的跌倒/坠床事件的辨识率较高,但是对于无损伤的跌倒/坠床及医务人员的跌倒事件的上报认知较低,医疗机构需进一步明确不良事件的上报类别,并梳理上报及管理流程鼓励无损伤的跌倒/坠床事件的上报。

ObjectiveTo investigate nurses’ knowledge and reporting awareness about fal and bed-fal,to further improve the reporting of bed and bed-fal.Methods 350 nurses are conveniently sampled in a tertiary hospital. A self-designed questionnaire was used which included fal and bed-fal in 8 circumstance. Nurses were asked to choose whether the circumstance was fal or bed-fal,need to report or not.Results Nurses could correctly indentify 90% of the fal and bed-fal circumstance. The reporting awareness of fal in the toilet and bed-fal caused by incorrect used of bedrails were high,but for fal and bed-fal without injury,less than 80% of the nurses had the awareness of reporting.Conclusion Nurses’ knowledge about fal and bed-fal was high,but nurses’ awareness about reporting fal and bed-fal without injury needed to be improved. Medical adverse events should be clearly classified,and the reporting and management processes need to be groomed,to encourage the reporting of medical adverse events.
