临床护理管理中应用风险管理理念的可行性研究

The Feasibility Study on the Application of Risk Management in Clinical Nursing Management

目的：探讨在临床护理管理中应用风险管理理念的可行性。方法选取2012年4月-2014年8月我院骨科收治的患者128例患者进行研究，将其随机分为对照组（64例）和观察组（64例），其中对照组实施常规护理管理，观察组在对照组基础上加以风险管理理念。结果观察组护理质量各项评分均优于对照组，且护理差错率和护理投诉率均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在临床护理管理中，实施风险管理理念能够提高护理质量，降低护理差错率和护理投诉率。

ObjectiveTo explore the feasibility of applying risk management concept in clinical nursing management.MethodsSelected from April 2012 to August 2014 admitted to our hospital orthopedic patients 128 patients studied,randomly assigned to control group（64 cases）and observation group（64 cases）,the control group received routine nursing management,the observation group in the control group based on the concept of risk management. ResultsThe quality of care in the observation group were better than the control group,and the rate of nursing errors and nursing complaints were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the clinical nursing management,the implementation of risk management concept can improve the quality of care,reduce the rate of nursing errors and the rate of nursing compla.
