流行性脑脊髓膜炎患者的临床护理对策

Clinical Nursing Countermeasures in Meningococcal Meningitis Patients

目的：探讨流行性脑脊髓膜炎患者的临床有效护理方法。方法回顾性分析2013年1月-2015年6月我院收治的流行性脑脊髓膜炎患者80例的临床资料。结果通过有效的临床治疗及护理措施，80例患者全部治愈。结论对流行性脑脊髓膜炎患者采取及时隔离与消毒，密切观察病情，进行皮肤和口腔护理，对患者的休息和活动进行适当的护理干预，对各个治疗环节进行积极地护理配合，可以有效提高流行性脑脊髓膜炎的临床治愈率，对预防及降低并发症的发生有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in patients with clinicaly effective methods of care.Methods A retrospective analysis of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in our hospital clinical data of 80 cases from January 2013 to June 2015. Results The effective clinical treatment and care measures,80 patients were cured.ConclusionTaking on epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis patients timely isolation and disinfection,close observation of the disease,a skin and oral care,the patient＇s rest and activities appropriate nursing interventions for the treatment of various aspects of nursing actively cooperate effectively improve epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis clinical cure,prevent and reduce the incidence of complications is important.
