摘要 目的研究分析实景动态教育对心脏手术患者术前心理的影响。方法选取我科收治需行心脏手术患者80例,将其分成两组,将实施常规口头健康教育的设定为对照组,将实施应实景动态多媒体教育的设定为研究组,对比析两组患者心理状况。结果教育后研究组患者焦虑情绪和知识掌握率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心脏手术患者术前进行实景动态教育有利于调整患者心理变化情况,缓解患者焦虑情绪,提高知识掌握率。 Objective To explore the effect of live-recorded education on preoperative psychological condition of patients undergoing cardiac surgery.Methods80 patients undergoing cardiac surgery in our department were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. Patients in the control group were given routine health education verbaly,while their counterparts in the observation group received live-recorded education. The psychological status of two groups were then compared and analyzed.Results The anxiety score in the observation group was significantly lower,and their knowledge mastery rate significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Applying live-recorded education to patients receiving cardiac surgery can effectively optimize their preoperative psychological conditions,and promote knowledge mastery rate.
