摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在心脏外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法将200例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各100例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组实施人性化护理。结果观察组的SAS分值低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的胃肠道功能恢复时间、下床时间、住院天数比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理可改善患者心理状况,促进患者康复。
ObjectiveTo study the application effect of humanized nursing in cardiac surgery patients.Methods 200 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation,each with 100 patients,the control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given humanized nursing. Results The SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P〈0.05,the gastroenteric function recovery time, getting out-of-bed time,length of stay were statisticaly significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion Humanized nursing could improve the psychological status of the patient,and facilitate the patient’s recovery.
