专职化分层护理对脑血管疾病患者急救效果的影响

Influence of Professional Hierarchical Nursing for the First Aid Effect on Patients With Cerebral Vascular Disease

目的：研究专职化分层护理对脑血管疾病患者急救效果的影响。方法选择我院2012年4月-2014年4月收治的90例脑血管疾病患者为观察对象，根据入院时间分为观察组和对照组，各45例。对照组患者采取传统急救护理，观察组采用专职化分层护理，比较两组应用效果。结果护理干预后，观察组患者的恶化率及死亡率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组满意度为97.78%，高于对照组的82.22%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论专职化分层护理对脑血管疾病患者急救临床效果显著，可有效加强患者对疾病的认知程度，降低脑血管疾病患者的死亡率。

Objective To study the influence of professional hierarchical nursing for the first aid effect on patients with cerebral vascular disease.Methods 90 patients with cerebral vascular disease admitted into the hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were selected as the research object,and divided into observation group and control group by admission time,45 cases in each. Control group received conventional emergency nursing and observation group received professional hierarchical nursing. The application effects of two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the rate of deterioration and mortality in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,P〈0.05. The satisfaction of observation group was 97.78%,which was significantly higher than 82.22% of control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion Professional hierarchical nursing has significant clinical first aid effect,and it can effectively strengthen patients’ cognition to disease and decrease the mortality rate of patients with cerebral vascular disease.
