情景式健康教育对住院患者家属手卫生依从性的影响分析

Analysis on the Effect of Scene Health Education for Hospitalized Patients Family Members' Hand Hygiene Compliance

目的：评价情景式健康教育对住院患者家属的手卫生宣教效果，以期找到合适方式提高其手卫生依从性、正确性。方法选取2015年1-12月4个科485例家属为研究对象，1-6月为常规组，7-12月为试验组。对常规组的患者给予常规宣教，试验组运用情景式健康教育法，发放手卫生知识问卷调查表，观察家属手卫生依从情况，考核其正确性，比较其差异。结果采用情景式健康教育的试验组家属在手卫生认知总得分、手卫生依从率、洗手正确率等均高于常规组。结论对住院患者家属运用情景式健康教育进行手卫生知识宣教，能提高其手卫生依从性、正确性。

ObjectiveEvaluate the effect of scene health education for hospitalized patients family members’hand hygiene compliance,in order to find the right way to improve their hand hygiene compliance.MethodsSelected 485 hospitalized patients family members from January 2015 to December 2015 which belong to 4 wards as study objects. From January to June as the conventional group,from July to December as the test group. The conventional group received routine missions,the test group received the scene health education,issued hand hygiene knowledge questionnaire and observed hand hygiene compliance,test the correctness,compare the difference.Results In the test group,the total score of the hand hygiene awareness,hand hygiene compliance rate and the correct rate were significantly higher than those in the conventional group. Conclusion The scene health education can greatly improve the compliance rate and the correct rate of the hand hygiene of the hospitalized patients family members.
