摘要
目的分析人性化管理理念在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院手术室实施人性化管理前后接受手术的两组患者做为研究组(86例)与对照组(84例)。对比两组手术期间护理质量。结果研究组患者手术时期护理质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理管理中应用人性化管理理念,能够提高护理人员的工作热情与责任心,提升护理质量。
ObjectiveTo analysis the concept of humanized management in the operating room nursing management application effect.Methods To choose the hospital operating room surgery two groups of patients before and after carrying out the humanized management as a research group（86 cases）and control group（84 cases）. Compared to two group of nursing quality during operation.Results The patients with team operation period nursing quality is better than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of humanized management in the operating room nursing management idea,can improve nursing staff＇s work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility,improve nursing quality.
