摘要 鸡蛋壳是一种很好的食品级绿色钙源,安全无毒,本课题以回收废弃的鸡蛋壳为原料,在常温常压下发生中和反应来制备葡萄糖酸钙,并采用单因素变量法,考察了壳膜分离、蛋壳粉过料量、酸投料量、反应时间、反应温度对产率的影响,得出了以鸡蛋壳为原料用煅烧法制备葡萄糖酸钙的最佳条件为:取质量分数为15%的氢氧化钠溶液100m L,以固液质量比为1∶3称取鸡蛋壳,在60℃的水浴条件下反应,壳膜分离所需时间为20 min。葡萄糖酸溶液浓度为2.6 mol/L,酸过量0.002 9 mol,水浴反应温度为60℃,反应时间为45 min,产品产率高达94%。 Egg shell is a safe, non- poisonous and green -food -grade calcium source. In the paper, the abandoned egg shells, as the raw material, were used to produce calcium gluconate, under the normal temperature and pressure. Single factor variable method was used to investigate the effect of the production in terms of shell - mem- brane separation, the amount of egg shell powder, the amount of acid, reaction time and reaction temperature. The best process conditions of the separation of shell - membrane is as follows: 100mL sodium hydroxid solution 15% ( mass fraction) , solid - liquid mass ratio of 1 : 3, and 60℃ water bath in 20 minutes. The best reaction conditions of the reaction are as follows: gluconic acid solution concentration is 2.6 mol /L, the amount of the excess acid is 0. 002 9mol, the reaction time is 45 minutes. The yield of the products is up to 94%.
