反应萃取精馏处理乙醇废水的工艺模拟

摘要 设计了反应萃取精馏工艺,旨在从乙酸乙酯制备过程产生的乙醇废水中精制乙酸乙酯。通过灵敏度分析,确定了一套较好的工艺参数,精馏塔总理论板数20,精馏段理论板数12,反应段理论板数6,回流比1.3,溶剂在第4块理论板进料。该条件下乙酸乙酯的质量分数达到了99.7%。 Designed one process of reactive - extractive distillation to purify ethyl acetate from ethanol waste water. The sensitivity analysis about the process was discussed. Some better process parameters were as follows: The stage number of distillation was 20, the stage number of rectifying section was 12, the stage number of reaction section was 6, reflux ratio was 1.3, andthe feed stage of solvent was 4. Through the process, the ethyl acetate product purity reached 99.7 % (wt).
