预浸料用中温固化环氧树脂体系的制备 被引量:3

摘要 中温固化环氧树脂基复合材料具有成型温度适中、成型周期短、韧性高等优点,是复合材料应用领域的研究热点。通过筛选不同牌号环氧树脂,调节配方中树脂、固化剂、增韧剂以及增塑剂的含量,研制出一种中温固化并适用于热熔法制备预浸料的环氧树脂体系。考察了树脂体系的胶膜状态、黏度-温度曲线、DSC曲线特性,最终选定的树脂配方为双酚A型环氧树脂CYD-011、双酚A环氧树脂E-44与邻甲酚醛环氧树脂CYDCN-205的质量比为3∶5∶2。对由其制备的预浸料和复合材料的力学性能进行了测试,结果表明,由该树脂体系制备的预浸料综合性能优异,具有强度高、韧性好和适用期长等特点,各项指标均很好地满足了厂家对材料的要求。 Moderate-temperature curing epoxy resins is the hot point of composite material study because of its advantages of moderate mold temperature, short period of molding, high tenacity and so on. An epoxy system which can be cured at mid-temperature and is suitable for the preparation of hot-meh prepreg is studied and developed by selecting different epoxy resins, and adjusting the content of resin, curing agent, flexibilizer and plasticizer. The film-formation property, viscosity temperature property and curing characteristics are investigated and the formula of resin is determined, that is the mass ratio of bispbenol A epoxy resin CYD-011, E-44 and o-cresol- formaldehyde epoxy resin CYDCN-205 of 3:5:2. The mechanical properties of the prepreg and composite materials are tested, and the results show that the prepreg prepared from this resin system has excellent properties of high strength, good toughness and long applying period, which can meet the demand of manufactures to the materials.
