下腔静脉血栓形成的历史演变 被引量：9

摘要 下腔静脉血栓形成（inferior vena cava thrombosis,IVCT）是指各种原因引起的下腔静脉内血液异常凝结的一种少见病.临床多在下腔静脉狭窄或闭塞基础上发生,或由下肢深静脉血栓（deep venous thrombosis,DVT）向上蔓延而形成,造成双下肢、盆腔、甚至肾、肝静脉血液回流受阻,出现相应区域组织器官淤血水肿、侧支循环代偿增粗等表现,一旦血栓脱落可造成致命性肺栓塞.IVCT是目前公认的具有显著的短期和长期发病率和死亡率的疾病之一[1].
