摘要
卵巢功能的过早衰退给无数患者带来许多与之相关的妇科疾病,临床上治疗这些疾病的根本在于改善卵巢功能。西医治疗方法无外乎激素替代疗法,但临床使用会给患者生殖器官带来诸多不良反应,导致患者的依从性降低。临床研究证实坤泰胶囊能有效调节激素水平,改善卵巢早衰患者的卵巢功能。主要对坤泰胶囊治疗卵巢早衰的研究进展进行综述。
Premature ovarian failure（POF） brings many related gynecological diseases to numerous patients, and it is the root in treatment of these diseases to improve ovarian function. Western medicine generally use the hormone replacement therapy to treat POF, but the clinical use will induce a lot of adverse reactions to the reproductive organs, resulting in the decreased compliance of patients. Clinical trials confirm that Kuntai Capsules could effectively improve the ovarian function of patients with POF. This review will generalize the research progress of Kuntai Capsules in treatment of premature ovarian failure.
