摘要
对安全设施设计中常压氮气置换、减压氮气置换和加压氮气置换三种操作工况进行了分析,提出了氮气用量和置换时间的计算公式,并通过示例对三种置换操作进行了比较,提出了针对不同工况下适用情况的建议。
In this paper, three working conditions which should be taken into account in the design of safety facility were analyzed, including replacements by using atmospheric pressure nitrogen, vacuum nitrogen and pressurized nitrogen. The methods of calculating nitrogen dosage and replacement time were provided. Then with practical example, three replacing methods were compared, and the proposals for different working condition were finally presented.
