摘要
消防系统中大多数消防用水都需要消防泵进行加压,以满足灭火时对水压和水量的要求,因此消防水泵的选型设计也就显得尤其重要。与石油化工用流程泵不同,消防泵的选型设计有其特殊的要求,其执行的标准规范也不同。通过对GB 6245—2006、NFPA 20—2013、UL 448—2007标准的分析,结合实际工程经验,就石油化工用低压离心消防水泵的水力性能、附件配置、部件选材、轴封、联轴器等方面提出个人建议,为石油化工用低压离心消防水泵的选型设计提供参考。
Fighting used water in fire extinguishing system generally is needed to pressurize by using firefighting pump so as to meet the requirements in water pressure and volume. Thus the selection and design of firefighting pump are important. Different from petrochemical pump, there are some special requirements for firefighting pump, thus different standards should be applied. Through the analysis of standards, such as GB 6245-2006, NFPA 20-2013 and UL 448-2007, and combined with practical engineering experiences, in this article, some proposals for firefighting pump in the aspects of hydraulic performance, auxiliary parts preparation, selection of part materials, shaft seal and coupling were presented, which were referenced in the selection and design of low pressure centrifugal firefighting pump used in petrochemical industry.
