摘要
对聚醚砜(PES)进行磺化改性,采用不同磺化度聚醚砜与聚砜共混制备了带有不同荷电强度的荷负电平板式超滤膜,并对染料废水进行了处理。结果表明:通过控制反应时间和磺化剂用量可以得到不同磺化度聚醚砜,当聚醚砜的磺化度较高时,所制备平板式超滤膜孔径较小且分布均匀,染料废水经超滤处理后脱色率较高,COD去除率为95%以上。
Study on sulfonation of PES, and ultrafiltration membranes of flat-plate type with different strength negative charged were prepared by different degrees sulfonated PES and PSF, and the treatment of dye wastewater. The results indicated that we can get different degrees sulfonated PSF by control with the reaction time and the amount of sulfonating agent. When the sulfonation degree of PES was high, the pore size of prepared flat-plate ultrafiltration membrane was small and distributed even, meanwhile, after ultrafiltration treatment, the decolorization rate of dye wastewater was high, also the removal rate of COD was above 95%.
