摘要
某羊裘皮生产企业主要利用绵羊皮加工生产羊剪绒系列产品,生产所排综合废水水质水量变化较大、水质成分复杂且污染严重;其综合废水治理工程采用预曝气调节+气浮沉淀+IC反应器+多点进水O/A/O+混凝吸附沉淀的处理工艺,处理出水及主要指标满足城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准要求,该工艺处理效率高,运行稳定达标。
The wastewater of sheepskin tannery plant is characterized as complex components, high organic concentration and great fluctuation in quantity and quality. The process of regulating reservoir - floatation and sedimentation - IC - multiple-influent O/A/O - Flocculation and Adsorption was applied sucessfully for a WWTP of sheepskin tannery plant. The quality of effluent can meet the A Grade of I-Class of Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant （ GB 18918-2002）.
