摘要
介绍了包头山晟新能源高盐水零排放的设计方法及工艺流程,设计出闭环式的以膜分离为主要工艺单元的零排放工艺系统,并对预处理系统、软化系统、膜分离系统、多效蒸发系统、产水输送系统、加药系统、压缩空气系统等七大子系统的相关设备和重要参数作了详细描述。调试运行结果表明,该系统总处理水量220 m^3/h,其中200 m^3/h产水作为厂区混床补充用水;18 m^3/h产水作为处理系统自身清洗用水;1 m^3/h的水作为煤矸石制砖厂补充用水;剩余1 m^3/h水结晶转化为含以钙镁离子为主的固态物质外运填埋,达到了高盐废水零排放的要求。
his article describes the design method and process of high-salt wastewater zero emissions in Baotou Shanchen New Energy Company. It designs a closed-loop process unit with membrane separation as the main system of zero-emission technology. Pretreatmentsystem, softening system, membrane separation system, multi-effect evaporation system, producing water delivery systems, dosing systems, compressed air systems and subsystems seven important parameters are described in detail. The results of running show that the total amount of water treatment system is 220 m^3/h which contains 200 m^3/h water production as supplementary water for plant mixed bed; 18 m^3/h water production as Self-cleaning water treatment system; 1 m^3/h water production as Gangue brick factory added water; 1 m^3/h water production as crystalline conversion containing mainly calcium and magnesium ions in the solid substance transported and Land filled. The system meets the requirements of high-salt wastewater zero emissions.
