THE “2016 Overseas Chinese Talents Visit Beijing” activity launched last July was jointly organized by the Organization v Department of the CPC Beijing Mu- nicipal Committee, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Beijing Overseas Tal- ents Center （BOTC）. Targeting top-tier talents, the activity features a series of sub-activities, such as the Beijing Forum for Overseas Talents, panel discussions where returnees are invited to share their experience of working or starting a business in Beijing, startup competition, as well as other activities that allow overseas talents to directly meet with do- mestic employers and investors.
