摘要
容积效率决定了水动比例注入泵的混合精度。以周期流量为基础,进行3种比例注入泵的水力性能试验,提出比例注入泵驱动腔和抽液腔的容积效率计算公式,并分析比较3种比例注入泵的两腔体的容积效率与压差关系。结果表明,活塞运动频率随压差增大而增大并趋于平缓,驱动腔容积效率随压差增大而降低,抽液腔容积效率基本不受压差影响。同压差下,国内比例注入泵两腔体容积效率偏低,且在0.06 MPa后驱动腔容积效率降幅增大,低比例区抽液腔容积效率较低。
Mixing accuracy of proportional dosing pumps is determined by volumetric efficiency .Based on the flow of single period , performance tests of two domestic and one imported proportional dosing pumps were carried out .Calculation formulas of volumetric efficiency for driven chamber and suction chamber and the relationships between volumetric efficiency and pressure difference of two chambers were compared .The results showed that :motion frequency of position was increased and became stable with the increase of pressure difference .Volumetric efficiency of driven chamber was decreased as the pressure difference rose and volumetric efficien‐cy of suction chamber was free from the change of pressure difference .Volumetric efficiency of domestic dosing pumps was lower than imported dosing pumps under the same pressure difference .After 0 .06 MPa volumetric efficiency of driven chamber was de‐creased dramatically and volumetric efficiency of suction chamber was lower in low proportion zone .
