摘要
长期以来成庄矿三五分区风门主要采用手动开启和机械闭锁方式,可靠性差,同时该处巷道服务年限长,矿山压力显现,严重影响风门的正常使用,矿井安全得不到保障。针对上述问题,从门框及其固定装置、风门平衡开合机械系统、风门程控系统方面进行研究,研制出可自动控制的抗压风门,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Manual opening and mechanical shutting method has been used for No.35 sectional air-door in Chengzhuang Mine for a long time,which has poor reliability.Besides,long service life of roadway and obvious pressure appearance seriously affect the normal operation of the air-door and fail to guarantee the mine safety.To solve the above problems,,an automatic control compressive air door was developed based on the analysis of door frame,fixing appliances,balanced opening and shutting mechanical system,and programmed control system of the air-door,which has ideal popularization and application value.
