摘要
在老龄化进程中,以认知功能下降为主要特征的退行性脑病给社会和家庭带来了沉重的经济及人力负担。运动的健身作用已被人们所熟知,但运动健脑的系统研究还较为匮乏。该文以脑可塑性为切入点,从宏观角度阐述了运动对脑容积、认知、脑储备的影响;从微观角度概述了运动对神经细胞增殖、突触结构蛋白及突触电生理学性质的改变,旨在为全面认识脑可塑性理论及运动对脑可塑性的有益作用提供参考,并为通过运动辅助治疗退行性脑病及应对脑老龄化提供思路。
During the aging process, degenerative encephalopathy results in great economic burden to the society and the families. It is well known that exercise benefits health, yet academic articles with systematic exploration for the exercise induced improvement of brain health remain rare. In this paper, brain plasticity upon exercise training has been discussed from macroscopic and micro aspects. The aim is to provide reference for the comprehensive understanding of brain plasticity and beneficial effects from exercise training, and to offer theoretical guidance for aging through exercise intervention, as well as to develop adjunctive therapeutic strategies for degenerative brain diseases.
