Design and Implementation of Process Monitoring and Alarming Tool in Marketing Management System

为提高信息运维事件处理效率,避免传统运维上的盲点,开发了一款基于C#语言的营销管理系统进程监控及告警工具。该工具能够根据设定阀值全面、实时监控并发进程运行状态信息,智能综合筛选后提供预警信息,指导运维人员响应处理。该工具已在桂林网区得到运用,运用期间告警信息及时、准确,运维人员根据告警信息开展响应处理,营销MIS业务流转顺畅,系统安全稳定运行。

In order to improve the processing efficiency of information operation and maintenance events and to avoid blind spot of traditional operation and maintenance, a marketing management system process monitoring and alarming tool based on C# language is de- veloped. According to the threshold set, the tool can monitor comprehensively and real-timely operation status information of concurrent processes and can provide early warning information after intelligent and integrated screening and guide operation and maintenance per- sonnel to respond and process. The tool has been applied in Guilin power grid, and alarming information is timely and accurate during the application period. Operation and maintenance personnel respond and process according to alarming information. Business flow of marketing MIS is smooth and the system operation is secure and stable.
