摘要
采用Fluent软件,利用RSM湍流模型和Mixture多相流模型分别对采用渐开线入口方式和切线入口方式的两种两产品重介质旋流器(DSM)进行了数值模拟,分析了入口方式对旋流器内部速度和压力分布的影响。研究发现采用渐开线入口方式的重介质旋流器,其内部速度和压力分布规律更有利于矿物分选。
With software Fluent, two DSM dense medium cyclones, with involute inlet and tangent inlet respectively, were simulated based on RSM turbulence model and Mixture muhiphase model. The effects of inlet modes on the internal speed and pressure distribution of the cyclones were studied. The results show that the DSM dense medium cyclone with involute inlet is more suitable for mineral separation in terms of internal speed and pressure distribution.
